Memorial Day Murph is a fundraiser in partnership with AVA & Ragin Fitness Co. to raise money for our Veterans. You'll get a workout that will make you feel great in more ways than one! This fundraiser is perfect for anyone looking for a challenge! This event will be free, we just ask that you donate to AVA.

Our goal is to raise $75,000 by Memorial Day.
What would the goal support? It would help us save the lives of 50 veterans by using the AVA Heal Program, a combination of Stellate Ganglion Block medical procedure and trauma counseling sessions.
These veterans are your community members who sacrificed everything so that you can enjoy the freedoms that you hold so dear; this last year has been a stark reminder of how precious our freedoms are.
If you are unable to donate at this time, there are other ways you can support us! Spread the word about AVA and what we do for our Veteran community.
