I’m working again and in a job that feels right. I want to thank you for taking the time to sit with me, listen to me, review my resume and reach out to possible companies. I felt alone and overwhelmed in my search to start over. I’m thankful for your services and drive to help others. Keep up the good work and if I could ever give back please reach out.
I'm definitely in a better place than I was. I can manage situations better. I don't have the full clarity of no symptoms, but I have enough strength mentally to fight through those situations where normally they would be overwhelming.
AVA has been a positive influence for me in my transition to civilian life. During my post military job search, which wasn’t going according to plan, AVA reached out to me to encourage and assist. After landing a post-retirement job, I wanted to help AVA give back to other Veterans transitioning to civilian life. AVA does a tremendous amount to mentor and assist Veterans.
Feeling really good. Tension in my neck my and shoulders loosened up...that's where I hold my stress. My legs feel rested. Mental clarity. Outer shell still looks used and abused, but I have a new engine and transmission. A bit of an emotional roller coaster. Feeling things I haven't felt in a long time, like empathy. I feel incredibly awesome. I have energy again.
